Scholarship Application
This application is used for the following Smyth County Education Foundation's and Smyth County Community Foundation's educational scholarships:
- Angie Heldreth and Nancy Heldreth Warren Music Scholarship (Music - Rural Retreat)
- Changing Lives Through Healthcare Scholarship (Healthcare)
- Danny Cress Scholarship ( MSHS Varsity Athlete)
- Emanual Nathan Memorial Scholarship ( MSHS Medical)
- Freeman Scholarship (Music Ed, Special Ed or Education in General)
- Judy Taminger Scholarship (Education)
- Lexie's Legacy Scholarship (Nursing)
- Smyth County Educational Foundation Scholarships (General)
- Susie O. Johnston Religious Education Scholarship (Religious Education)
SMYTH PROMISE SCHOLARSHIP APPLICANTS: You DO NOT need to complete this application to be considered for the Smyth Promise Scholarship, which covers tuition and fees for students attending Virginia Highlands Community College or Wytheville Community College. You must be within two years of your high school graduation to qualify for Smyth Promise. Return to the Smyth Promise page for information on how to qualify and links to the college websites.
